Certain bonuses may impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. For example, a bonus may specify that the maximum withdrawal amount attributable to bonus winnings is PKR 25,000 or a stated multiplier of the original bonus. Where your Account carries a positive real-money balance at closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds), cx777n will process a withdrawal of that balance subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx777n is incorporated or licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
